Dan Soroka

Managing Director, Portfolio Optimization

Dan joined Quad-C in 2026 and is responsible for implementing best practices and value creation initiatives within supply chain, operations, and real estate/facilities across the Quad-C portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Quad-C, Dan served as Senior Operating Partner, Supply Chain and Real Estate at Graham Partners. Previously, Dan was a Director at Ingersoll Rand (now Trane Technologies), a global diversified industrial company. In this role, he focused on global indirect spend and real estate and led the integration of strategic sourcing following Ingersoll Rand’s acquisition of Trane, including efforts to generate procurement synergies across various spend categories.  Prior to Ingersoll Rand, Dan served as a General Manager in Delta Air Lines’ Sourcing Division. Earlier in his career, he held a number of supply chain and operations roles at General Electric after completing the Manufacturing Management Program (MMP).  Dan also holds a lifetime Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) designation.
